I understand that these materials may be used on the Cadenza Studios website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials. I acknowledge that my child's participation is voluntary, and I understand that their comfort and well-being are a priority. If at any point my child feels uneasy during the filming process, I understand that the filming will be promptly stopped. I agree that the photographs and videos taken of my child during their piano lessons may be used without any further compensation or notice. I also understand that these materials may be used indefinitely. I affirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the above-named student and that I have read and understood the terms of this release.
