What age is this method for?

The Cadenza Piano Method is completely age-neutral. It works equally well for a 5-year-old beginner or a 25-year-old, and the pacing simply adjusts to fit the student.

What’s the structure?

The method starts with off-staff notation using finger numbers on black keys, then progresses to alpha-notes on white keys, and finally to the full grand staff. Each unit includes repertoire pieces and theory worksheets that reinforce concepts while encouraging composition and improvisation.

How is it different from other method books?

The Cadenza Piano Method is truly age-neutral, includes improvisation and composition in every unit, and moves students from zero to confident grand staff reading in only three levels. The layout is traditional, so teachers do not need to change their teaching style to use it.

Do I have to change the way I teach to use it?

No. The method is structured in a traditional format, so teachers can continue teaching as they always have. It simply gives students a smoother, faster path to reading fluency.

How long does it take to complete the series?

Completion time depends on age and pace. Younger students may progress more gradually, while older beginners often move quickly. In either case, all students reach confident grand staff reading in just three levels.
