Digital Products:
All sales of digital products (sheet music, books, etc.) are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on digital items once the purchase is completed.
Print-on-Demand Products:
As our print-on-demand products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or issuing a refund for the faulty item.
