Return & Exchange Policy

Because many of our products are made to order, we handle returns and exchanges differently depending on the item type. Please review the sections below for details.

Sound Shapes

We want you to love your Sound Shapes set! Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

– Exchanges: You pay only return shipping ($8 flat rate) and we’ll send out your new set at no additional cost.
– Returns: If you’d like to return your set for a refund, we’ll deduct $8 from your total refund to cover return shipping.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us before shipping anything back so we can issue a return label and ensure your request is processed quickly.

Digital Products (Sheet Music, Downloads, Studio-Licensed PDFs)

All digital product sales are final. Because files are delivered instantly, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a download has been completed.

If you experience an issue with your file (e.g., corrupted download or incorrect version), please reach out within 7 days of purchase and we’ll make sure you receive the correct file.

Merchandise (Apparel, Drinkware, Accessories)

Each item is printed just for you. For that reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or misprint.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll replace the item at no cost to you.

If your package is lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
– Incorrect size or color choice
– Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
– Items returned without prior contact
– Personalized or custom-printed products

Unclaimed packages or those returned due to an incorrect address will be donated or disposed of after 30 days. Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.
