How school ordering works

1. Choose what you need
Browse the shop normally, or contact us if you need help putting together an order.

2. Get school approval
If your school requires a quote or other documentation before issuing a PO, contact us and we'll provide what you need.

3. Submit your PO
Once your purchase order has been issued, upload it through our PO submission form.

4. We fulfill your order
We'll process the order and provide the necessary invoice/documentation for your school.

  • Yes. Quotes are available upon request. Contact us with the products and quantities you’re interested in, along with any information your school requires on the quote.

  • Yes. A W-9 is available upon request. Contact us and we’ll be happy to provide one for your school or district.

  • Yes. If you need multiple sets, a custom combination of products, or an order that doesn’t fit the options available in the shop, submit a Custom Order Request and we’ll help you put it together.

  • Usually, yes. If your school or district requires specific documentation or has additional purchasing requirements, contact us with the details and we’ll let you know what we can provide.
