The Cadenza Piano Method - Level B: White Keys - Repertoire (Studio License)
Level B of the Cadenza Piano Method builds on the foundation from Level A by introducing the white keys and the musical alphabet. Students progress into pentascales, arpeggios, and early hands-together playing, building both technique and keyboard geography before transitioning to the staff.
This level continues in a pre-reading format, using letter names and solfege syllables to establish fluency across the white keys. With a modern, simplified design, it works equally well for children, teens, and adults in private or group settings.
Students will learn:
The musical alphabet
Pentascales in C, G, Dm, and Am
Arpeggios in C, G, F, Dm, Am, and Em
Major and minor Solfege (Moveable Do)
Hands together in parallel motion
Dynamics: piano and forte
Repeat signs and ties
