The Cadenza Piano Method is an age-neutral, comprehensive beginner method that takes students from reading finger numbers on black keys to reading two-handed music with accidentals on the grand staff—all in just three levels.

Level C offers a focused and thorough introduction to reading music on the staff. Students begin by identifying middle C and gradually expand to reading all lines and spaces of both treble and bass clef. Through intervallic reading, mnemonics, and consistent reinforcement, students learn to connect staff notation to the keyboard without relying on fixed hand positions.

This bundle includes both a Repertoire Book and a Theory & Technique Book, providing everything students need to master note reading while developing hand coordination, tonal understanding, and strong keyboard skills.

What students learn in Level C:

– The staff and grand staff
– Intervallic reading: 2nds, 3rds, and 5ths
– All lines and spaces of treble and bass clef
– Mnemonics for lines and spaces
– Reading sharps and flats on the staff
– Moving hand positions (non-positional reading)
– Major & minor pentascales and triads: C - A
